Barcoding of assets and the use of PDAs provide timely interface with field service operators informing them of where and when the service is required, the type of service to be completed and any special criteria applicable to the asset being serviced.
The recording of service data and results can be conducted electronically via a Web Portal that can be accessed by authorised client personnel to review 24hrs a day, seven days a week.
