Rick Allison – Director

Rick has nearly 35 years experience in the fire protection industry having spent many years as a sprinkler fitter and diesel mechanic. With this experience Rick has the ability to solve technical problems when issues arise with pump-sets and pressurised fire systems including sprinklers and hydrants.

Rick manages a large team of testers and technicians and has a reputation for responding to problems instantly and effectively.

Chris Osborne – General Manager

Chris started his career in hydraulic and mechanical services installing and overseeing the design and installation of fire protection systems. Chris then gained a role as an operational Fire Fighter with Fire and Rescue NSW completing a Certificate II in public safety giving him valuable insight into the operation and use of essential fire safety measures under live conditions. In 2011 he moved into a full time management role in the fire protection industry and has since completed a post graduate diploma in business management and is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Chris currently oversees all facets of the certification process, is responsible for the Technical & Operations Teams and all Business Development at Rassco Services.

Melissa James – Service Co-Ordinator

Melissa joined Rassco in 2007 and has proven to be an integral part of the team. With reports run from our Data & Asset Management System software, Melissa manages all of our essential services testing and is in constant contact with our Customers and Technicians to provide the best possible service. Melissa is also the first point of contact for all service calls and repairs.

Karen Hall – Accounts

With over 20 years experience in the Finance sector Karen provides Accounts, Marketing, HR and IT support to the Rassco team. She has previously worked for L’Oreal Luxury Products and Amalgamated Holdings Limited. Since joining the company in 2004 Karen has been involved in all facets of the business giving her a greater insight into the company and the Fire Protection Industry.
